Keep the serve in but make the passer moves his feet
- short, long, middle, line --> move the serve around

Move your feet to pass

Serve the Mad person

Cut, Cut, Cut - until they touch it.

Cut, Deep Corner, Deep Line, Deep middle

Anticipate, not React

Do not be a Static Blocker - move the hands, penetrate

Think! It is placement more than power

Hit at the Blocker backing off the net

Keep the set about 1 foot off the net

Practice like you want to play

Forget the last play and get ready for the next

Never make the same mistake twice

PLay with the attitude that every ball is coming to you

If someone is struggling to pass serve, stay on them

Talk during the play not between plays

Volleyball is life between contacts

Maximize your strengths and attack your opponents weaknesses

Serve in if playing a weak team & go for it if you're playing a strong team

If you're losing make a change

Keep in mind that you play volleyball with your feet

Always be stationary when you contact the ball.

Take a look before you shoot

Go beyond the ball with your arms when playing defense

Know where the ball is

Always think, "The next contact is the most important of my life"

Set the block with your feet, block the ball with your hands

Miss long on the serve rather than short

For warm ups, do more drills using the net and less peppering

Remember that teams usually win by hitting in and serving in

Always have a volleyball and pump in your car

Learn to set from anywhere to anywhere

Hit your rainbow shot until it lands out of bounds

Never give an opponent an easy ball

During practice, serve the stronger player for better practice

When losing 10-0, don't settle for not being bageled. Think about coming back to win & crushing your opponents spirits.

Read the block, then the hitter

Have a shot for every set

Block the low, hard one

Remember that success in defense depends mostly on how badly you want to keep the ball off the ground.

If a shot's working, keep hitting it until they stop it

Play for fun

Respect the pecking order at your local court.
